The Plaza Apartments are comprised of 229 one, two and three bedroom luxury suites that feature full-size stainless-steel appliances, in-suite laundry, air conditioning and contemporary finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, large windows, quartz countertops, and high-gloss, soft-close cabinetry. Residents have numerous on-site amenities for their use, such as underground, heated parking, resident clubhouse and commercial-grade fitness centre. The apartment community is also pet-friendly and offers a pet wash station for our furry residents.

The Plaza Apartments are in the northwest community of Brentwood, which offers convenient access to a variety of neighbourhood amenities, including the University of Calgary, Foothills Medical Centre, McMahon Stadium, numerous schools, the Brentwood Sportplex, Sir Winston Churchill Aquatic & Recreation Centre, Nosehill Park and a seemingly endless array of nearby retail and entertainment services.
